Entz

These are the Entz pages for Magdalen JCR. Entz is another lovely Oxford term, used here to denote the position on the college’s JCR who organise all the lovely, jubbly fun things, such as BOPs (parties held in your college bar for the whole JCR).

There are three Entz reps, who are elected yearly in Michaelmas term, and a sub-committee (of 3 this year) who make up the team. 

We organise about four BOPs a term, as well as our new Altz (alternative events) like Mariokart Tournaments, Cocktail making classes, dining out & dining in events, Pub Quizes, comedy nights and our very successful, three day Magdalen College Beer Fest. 

On top of this, at the end of Trinity Term, in celebration of the end of the academic year, we hold a massive party in local Batwillow Meadow known as Batwillow Palooza, ideas for this year are turning out pretty epic so far. 

Our events are publicised weekly in our (depending on how big my Saturday night was) Sunday night Entz mail and also on our Facebook group, Magdalen Entz.
